Doctor of Humanistic Studies in the field of linguistics, currently a foreign language professor at the University of Ljubljana (Slovenia), previously (2008–2012) at the University of Debrecen (Hungary). From 2003 onward, connected to the School of Polish Language and Culture of the University of Silesia. Since her doctoral studies (2006) also connected to the Department of Teaching Polish Language and Literature at the aforementioned university. Her professional interests revolve around linguistic worldview, cultural-linguistic stereotypes, language in advertising and phraseology, and foreign language teaching, including theatre workshops and using literary works in lessons of Polish as a foreign language. Author of tens of scientific articles on this subject, co-author of the book Czas na… Język i dydaktyka w badaniach młodych naukowców (2015), as well as co-editor of a volume dedicated to professor N. Jež: Sedemdeset let poučevanja poljskega jezika v Ljubljani, posvečeno Nikolaju Ježu (2018).
