Romance linguistics researcher. She works as a professor at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University (UMCS) in Lublin (Poland). Main research domains: romance linguistics, contrastive linguistics, lexical semantics, phraseology, discourse analysis. Her currently research are oriented on the analysis of stereotyped speech acts and studies on the relation between fixed expressions and discourse; she is the author of the Aspects lexicaux et sémantiques de la description des noms d’affect en français et en polonais (2011), Lublin: Wyd. UMCS.
